Ingredients:
- Spinach
- Cream cheese (or dairy-free alternative)
- Grated cheese (or dairy-free alternative)
- Milk (or dairy-free alternative)
- Salt and pepper
- Gnocchi or pasta
Instructions:
- Blend spinach with cream cheese until smooth.
- Heat the mixture in a pan over medium heat.
- Stir in milk, grated cheese, salt, and pepper.
- Add cooked gnocchi or pasta and mix well.
- Preheat your insulated food jar by adding boiling water for five minutes, then fill with the hot dish.
