HOLIDAY DELAY NOTICE
Please be advised that due to the holiday period, we're experiencing a little delay. As soon as your order is dispatched, you'll receive a notification. We apologies for the inconvenience and will endeavour to ship your orders as soon as possible.
Generally, orders placed during the weekdays are dispatched within 2 business days unless we’re experiencing delays due to high volumes or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. floods, bushfires, COVID restrictions…etc.). In any case, we will endeavour to dispatch your orders within 1-2 business days.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.
We currently ship from our Sydney-based warehouse to anywhere in Australia and New Zealand via Australia Post on business days and outside public holidays.
For WA & NT deliveries, recommendations are based on Post code but we would advise at least 3-4 weeks prior to Christmas and International depending on location 5-6 weeks prior to Christmas.
- Australia customers (excluding NT & WA) by Thursday 12th December to ensure they receive any orders which may be gifts prior to Christmas.
- WA & NT customers by Sunday 1st December
- International customers by Monday 18th November
