Shipping & Delivery Information

Generally, orders placed during weekdays are dispatched within 2 business days unless we experience delays due to high order volumes or unforeseen circumstances (e.g. floods, bushfires or other disruptions). We will endeavour to dispatch your order within 1–2 business days.

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number.

We currently ship from our Sydney-based warehouse to destinations across Australia and New Zealand via Australia Post on business days, excluding public holidays.

Standard Shipping – Place orders by the following dates:
