Ingredients (Serves 1)

  • 1 salmon fillet
  • 1.5 medium potatoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tbsp salted butter
  • A handful of spinach
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

How to Make a Salmon & Mash
